Nice shots, Jake!  8 of 8 reminds me of the final scene in a movie called 'Heaven' with Cate Blanchett and Giovanni Ribiisi.

Wow, some quite amazing skies there  :)   My favorite is 8 of 8 (although 7 of 9 had better tits (sorry  :tongue3: ))  it's the one among the last three that makes the best use of the rule of the thirds - beautiful  :)

Spring can't come quick enough here in the North east of Scotland. We've had our worst winter for fifty years.

NYC is in the midst of a short run of mid-fifty degree weather, but it feels like heaven!

For the records: we had three days of snow here and an eight degree (celsius!) drop in a matter of few hours. And it's March. And this shouldn't be happening AT ALL.
I hate to mention this movie again, but I think it's worth thinking about it...

The fog here is unbelievable. It's the thick kind that can wrap around you. Incidentally, visibility has been at around .2 miles (.32 km)....

Wasn't there an episode of Dark Fantasy or something like that about the fog? The only one that comes up in my search is "The Fog", from the CBS Radio Mystery Theatre...  :BangHead: :angry3:

I hope winter is finally over with.  It's been decent around here for the past week or so.  I like winter settings in fiction because it sets a mood and something else for the characters to struggle against but in real life I'm not a fan.

I always find myself listening to more OTR in the winter. More time indoors, I guess, night comes earlier, etc.

That's funny, Barry.  I'm the opposite... I listen most in the summer, probably because I'm riding my bike and generally 'out & about' more than in the winter.
